You will be responsible for coordinating and managing our vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are maintained and operated efficiently.
As an Assistant Fleet Coordinator, you will work closely with our operations team to ensure that our vehicles are always in top condition and ready for use. You will be responsible for scheduling maintenance, tracking vehicle usage, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Coordinate and manage the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are maintained and operated efficiently.Schedule and monitor vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine services.Track vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize fleet performance.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.Provide support to the Fleet Manager in the development and maintenance of the fleet management system.Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics, including vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and fuel efficiency.Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in safe and operational condition.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.Ability to travel and work in remote locations if necessary.🛠️ Keahlian
