📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assisting the registered nurse in patient care activities
• Performing basic nursing procedures such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with wound care
• Assisting in the preparation and administration of injections and IV therapies
• Assisting with patient mobility and positioning
• Assisting with patient education and teaching
• Assisting with the maintenance of patient records and documentation
• Assisting with the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit
• Assisting with the implementation of infection control measures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a nursing assistant program or equivalent training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid nursing assistant certification or license
• Ability to pass a background check
