📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design appropriate training programs.,Collaborate with managers to understand employee performance and development needs.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.,Manage budgets for learning and development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS).,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
