📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems like EPIC or Cerner.
- Assist in the preparation and administration of treatments, including IV therapy, wound care, and injections.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.
- Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Enrolled Nurse in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Valid RN license in Indonesia.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
