As an Environmental Officer, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing environmental policies, programs, and initiatives that align with international standards and regulations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with environmental laws and best practices. Your daily tasks will include conducting environmental impact assessments, monitoring environmental performance, and providing training and guidance to staff on environmental matters.

- Develop and implement environmental policies, programs, and initiatives in accordance with international standards and regulations.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and audits.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance and compliance.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on environmental matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with environmental laws and best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and environmental stakeholders.
- Participate in environmental conferences, workshops, and seminars.
- Stay updated on the latest environmental trends, technologies, and best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental management, sustainability, or a related field.
- Certification in environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 14001) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with environmental software tools such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar is a plus.
