📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test cases, scripts, and frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Appium, and TestNG.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Participate in Agile methodologies, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Conduct performance testing, load testing, and stress testing to ensure the scalability and reliability of our software products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA automation.
• Mentor and train junior team members on QA automation techniques and tools.
• Continuously improve the QA automation process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in QA automation, with a strong background in Selenium WebDriver and Appium.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or another programming language commonly used in QA automation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications is a plus.
