📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.,Developing and implementing new recipes and menu items.,Training and mentoring junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Managing inventory and ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assisting in the development and execution of the kitchen's budget and cost control.,Collaborating with the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.,Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the culinary industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with various cuisines and culinary techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
