📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support daily banking operations, including account maintenance, transaction processing, and customer inquiries
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions using Core Banking Solutions
• Monitor and reconcile accounts to maintain financial accuracy and compliance
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in back office banking operations
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in back office banking operations, preferably in a similar role
• Proficient in using Core Banking Solutions and Oracle Database
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid work permit for Bali
