📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
  • Manage and train store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure all store procedures and policies are followed and implemented correctly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain all necessary reports and records for the store.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in store administration or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Deep understanding of retail operations and customer service.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
