📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the clinic's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
  • Install, configure, and update software and hardware systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to staff.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the clinic's data and systems.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to staff on the use of IT systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective use of IT systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, with a strong background in healthcare IT preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking technologies.
  • Experience with virtualization and cloud computing technologies is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of dental software and systems is a plus.
