📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the daily operations of convenience stores, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the stores.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment, using tools like SAP or similar systems.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify new market opportunities and expand our customer base.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a wholesale or convenience store setting.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
• Proficient in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with business development concepts and practices.
