📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Lead the development of new products and features, from concept to launch.
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Drive marketing and sales efforts to promote and sell our da Vinci Surgery products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in surgical technology.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the medical device or healthcare technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of the surgical market and da Vinci Surgery products.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
