📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.,Provide excellent client support and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.,Monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with team members to resolve issues and maintain service quality.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in training and onboarding new team members.,Maintain accurate records of service activities and client interactions.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or operations role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus.,Knowledge of local regulations and best practices in the service industry.
