In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards for returned products, working closely with our warehouse and logistics teams to process and manage returns efficiently.

As an Administrative Quality Control (QC) Specialist - Returns Processing, you will be part of our dedicated Quality Control team, where you'll daily use tools like Salesforce, Excel, and Google Workspace to manage and analyze return data. Your work will directly impact our customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, making it a crucial role in our supply chain.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage the entire returns process, from initial receipt to final disposition.
• Inspect returned products to ensure they meet our quality standards and company policies.
• Conduct quality checks on returned products using our in-house inspection guidelines.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to facilitate the smooth processing of returned items.
• Update and maintain return records in our Salesforce system.
• Generate and analyze return reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Work with our customer service team to resolve any issues related to returned products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding product returns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality control, inventory management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with the beauty industry is a plus.
