In this role, you will be responsible for entering and managing data accurately and efficiently. You will work with various types of data, including patient records, medical reports, and administrative documents.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Entering and updating patient records and medical information accurately and promptly.

Managing and maintaining electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Verifying and correcting data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Assisting in the organization and filing of medical documents and reports.

Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Generating reports and statistics as required.

Maintaining confidentiality and security of patient data.

Assisting in data analysis and trend identification.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

Basic understanding of healthcare terminology and EHR systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
