📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and food preparation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Manage financial performance and budgeting for the restaurant.,Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.,Conduct regular customer feedback and make improvements to enhance the customer experience.,Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant premises.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.,Experience in marketing and customer relationship management.,Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
