📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient and high-quality food production.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Collaborate with management to develop and implement new recipes and culinary concepts.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to support food safety and efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service and product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with culinary software and kitchen management tools.,Ability to work in a hybrid model, including on-site and remote responsibilities.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
