📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory control, sales, and customer service.,Support the Store Manager in implementing and maintaining store policies and procedures.,Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate records are maintained.,Assist in training and developing junior staff members.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, with a focus on customer satisfaction.,Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to drive sales.,Maintain a clean and attractive store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using basic office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems is a plus.,Must be able to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
