🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 2-4 years of experience in digital lending, channel management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing and expanding digital loan distribution channels.
• Strong understanding of digital lending products, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
