📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
• Answer customer inquiries about products, store policies, and promotions.
• Assist with product recommendations and help customers find what they need.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate change is given.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking products as needed.
• Promote Watsons products and services to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or retail.
• Familiarity with retail POS systems, such as SAP or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of health and beauty products.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
