Payroll Specialist (Palm Oil Industry)

We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our corporate office in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees, while also contributing to our ongoing efforts to optimize our payroll systems and processes.

As a Payroll Specialist at Hartono Plantation Indonesia, you will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, from data collection and processing to payment distribution. You will work closely with our HR team to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records. You will also be involved in payroll system maintenance and improvement, ensuring that our payroll software is functioning optimally and that we are taking advantage of the latest available features and tools.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire payroll process, including data collection, processing, and payment distribution
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Conduct payroll audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll software, such as SAP or Oracle
• Provide training and support to employees on payroll-related matters
• Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure that the payroll process is adapted accordingly

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in the palm oil industry
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in payroll software, such as SAP or Oracle
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
