📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity, ensuring adequate funds are available for operations and investments.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize the company's financial performance.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of financial tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager role, with a strong background in financial management and accounting.,Proven track record of success in managing financial operations and providing financial insights.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.
