📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires,Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition,Foster a positive employer brand and represent the company as a recruiter

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
