Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience in marketing and sales strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in a similar position in Tenggarong or Kalimantan Timur is a plus.
