Oversee the day-to-day operations of the semiconductor manufacturing site, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.,Monitor and maintain the quality of products and services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.,Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure the safety of all personnel and the site, implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Manage and maintain site documentation, including safety data sheets, standard operating procedures, and quality control records.,Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
