📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, discipline, and performance management.,Administer and update employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including payroll, taxes, and employment contracts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, in consultation with management.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to improve the work environment.,Oversee training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.,Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
