📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients, including assessments, treatment plans, and interventions,Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care,Educate patients and their families on how to perform activities of daily living and maintain independence,Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in occupational therapy and best practices,Participate in staff training and development programs,Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational therapy, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role,Certification as a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) or equivalent,Strong knowledge of evidence-based practice and clinical guidelines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
