As a Showroom Experience Designer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the customer journey by designing and implementing innovative concepts, layouts, and experiences that align with our brand vision. Design and implement innovative showroom concepts and layouts that enhance the customer experience,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute showroom experiences that align with brand strategy,Source, select, and manage showroom merchandise to create visually appealing and cohesive displays,Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for showroom improvement,Train and mentor showroom staff on best practices for customer engagement and sales techniques,Monitor showroom performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail design and customer experience,Participate in trade shows, events, and industry conferences to network and gain insights🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Retail Design, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in showroom design, retail design, or a similar role,Proven track record of designing and implementing successful showroom experiences,Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles and techniques,Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing spaces🛠️ Keahlian
