Your daily tasks will include processing payments, handling cash and card transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payments accurately using cash registers and POS systems such as Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Restaurant POS.
• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and securely.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.
• Handle cash deposits and withdrawals in accordance with company policies.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, such as restocking supplies and reporting low stock items.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other staff to ensure timely service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Restaurant POS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
