📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track accounts receivable using QuickBooks and Xero.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve any payment issues.
• Prepare and send invoices, payment reminders, and collection notices.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your accounting skills.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to collections and accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks and Xero.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
