📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine inspections of property facilities to ensure they are in good working order and meet safety standards.
• Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, cleaning of common areas, restrooms, and equipment.
• Identify and report any issues or areas of concern to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
• Maintain and update property management systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist in the organization and implementation of property maintenance schedules and plans.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of property facilities.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• Familiarity with property management software, such as ServiceNow, Workplace by Facebook, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
