📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate communication between Alpen Food Industry and international partners using Mandarin.
• Organize and facilitate events, meetings, and workshops to foster better understanding and collaboration.
• Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies to ensure effective interaction with international stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and provide insights on trends and opportunities in the global food industry.
• Support the local and international teams in achieving operational goals and objectives.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance leadership and management skills.
• Maintain and update communication records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
• Proficient in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or equivalent).
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
