📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet the workforce needs of our mining operations.
• Source, screen, and attract top talent for various mining positions, including geologists, engineers, and technical staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry-specific job boards, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure the best fit for our organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance our recruitment processes.
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high-performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically within the mining industry.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and retaining top talent in the mining sector.
• Strong understanding of the mining industry, including its regulations, safety standards, and operational challenges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software such as Taleo, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Certification in talent acquisition or a related field is a plus.
