Motorcycle Verification Officer - Bali Region

BFI Finance Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Motorcycle Verification Officer to join our team and support our financial services across Bali's most vibrant regions. Based in the beautiful island of Bali, you will be responsible for verifying the authenticity and condition of motorcycles, ensuring they meet our strict standards. This role requires you to travel across Bali's key areas, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will use tools like our in-house verification system and GPS tracking devices to streamline the process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough verifications of motorcycles to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Use our in-house verification system and GPS tracking devices to document and track the verification process.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
• Travel across Bali's key regions to meet our customers' needs.
• Maintain accurate records of all verifications and customer interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on our processes and standards.
• Adhere to our company's policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Report any issues or concerns to your supervisor immediately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services or automotive industry.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive and operate a motorcycle.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking devices and verification software is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and issues promptly.
