📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead the development and execution of the product strategy for Airbnb's payment platform accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality payment solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful launch and adoption of new features.
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.
  • Represent Airbnb at industry events and conferences to share insights and best practices.
  • Mentor and develop junior product managers within the team.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the payment industry.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on payment platforms.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling payment products.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, fraud detection, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with Airbnb's products and services is a plus.
