📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead and manage the Accounts Payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Analyze and optimize AP operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support financial decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
- Train and mentor junior staff on AP procedures and best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Accounts Payable.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in Financial Risk Management (FRM) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment is a plus.
