📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine inspections of property facilities to ensure they are in good working order and meet safety standards.
- Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, cleaning of common areas, restrooms, and equipment.
- Identify and report any issues or areas of concern to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
- Maintain and update property management systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in the organization and implementation of property maintenance schedules and plans.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of property facilities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and other stakeholders.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Familiarity with property management software, such as ServiceNow, Workplace by Facebook, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
