📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers at the counter
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking supplies as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages to customers
- Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction and service quality
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including shift schedules and break times
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with basic food safety and sanitation practices
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using POS systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg)
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong commitment to customer service
