📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily mining operations, including equipment operation and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mining operations, preferably in open-pit mining.
• Certification in Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of mining equipment and software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, or similar.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
