🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching reading to students of various ages
- Familiarity with the Kumon methodology or a similar structured learning approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
